Sephora Faneuil Hall OPENING✨
This morning started regular, I woke up quite early to open the store, and sold until early evening. It was at that point that I got off the clock and started to run all of my little errands. I needed a matching nude bralette and panty set for the show I am walking in tomorrow (😬), and also had been contacted by Sephora about their new location in Faneuil Hall! They wanted me to stop by so of course I was 100% going to be there, ready to make new friends and to have my face beat by the literal gods.
I was given a gift card to shop which was just so nice, and I was also given a free makeover so I knew what I needed. I was color matched immediately and shown a store favorite for foundation, I was also shown so many alternatives for the products I already use day in and day out. My artists name was Jenn and she was absolutely the sweetest person ever. She does not work in a Boston store and was only visiting to help out with the opening, but she truly made me feel like a princess. She taught me new techniques and did everything in slow motion to make sure I could repeat the motions later. She even got me hooked up with samples and everything. I honestly could not have had a better experience.
I have been a little ecstatic about all of the new things offered at Sephora recently. I am not sure if any of you are beauty insiders, which is basically like the stores rewards program, but please make sure you sign up ASAP. I was a beauty insider back in the day and never remembered any of my information pertaining to my account. During this appointment I created a whole new account under my blogs information which will hopefully be a reminder for me to earn rewards. But every purchase warrants you points toward your rewards account that you can later cash in for some awesome free gifts. The gift however were not my favorite part of the offerings, they also host classes in group settings to teach everyday looks and fashion secrets. Not only that, but they offer facials!!
I think this is the most frugal way to treat yourself and your skin long-term. Makeup is expensive but if you focus on what you really need while gaining rewards, you will always have the necessities.
They topped it off by handing out champagne while people mingled and got their makeovers. I was ALL for the refreshments obviously, and loved the entire vibe of the event. I met some amazing people and generally just had a really good time after work. I think anyone wanting to spend some time spoiling yourself should head to Sephora. They make it all about you, and that is all we need sometimes.
At this point I am cutting myself off. But cheers to a minimal face and actually knowing how to put it on :)
Head on over to Sephora Fanuil Hall for amazing service and the products you love. ✨
