All Black & A Camel Track Jacket
I am not sure if you guys are aware yet, but Bae and I have a breakfast and Primark date every Thursday. He works overnight, so I spend Wednesday night working on the blog all hours while he does his work thing. Immediately following his shift we head to breakfast and then to Primark. Primark is like Christmas and Christmas opens every weekday at 8am. This was the plan every single Wednesday - Thursday.
I was pumped this particular day because we had come across a breakfast gem by accident. We switch off every week with whose responsibility it is to choose and this past week was my decision. I suck at deciding, and I never know how to get to my surprise spot, and I always have to let him know where we are going before we get there. My surprises never actually get to be surprises - But when he chooses, he gets us there so swiftly and without hassle. This particular morning I thought I had pulled up the address to the place I had chosen (Thank you to all of my followers on Twitter for helping me choose), but I was sadly mistaken as I walked us in circles for about a half hour. FAIL.
I decided to wing it and walk around until I saw something that looked like breakfast. In a matter of moments we were sitting down at a deli on a corner near downtown crossing. The food was no joke $3.50 and it was so yummy. I will be going back, to figure out the name of it for you guys, and to take some photos for them! It is such a quaint little deli and it screams old school! You KNOW I love old fashioned.
After breakfast we headed right to our happy place, Primark. We split at the doorway and met back up near the registers. Stalking up on some warm things for fall. I ended up grabbing all tops - another raincoat because I am obsessed, a long-sleeve body suit because why not, and four sweaters. I did so well, and guess how much I spent? $60
Primark and I have had a very stimulating relationship thus far. Ever since my first visit I have been smitten by this store and everything it offers. Let me first explain to you how we met. I eyed this store every single time I came out of downtown crossing. It is hands down the biggest store down there, no joke. I also heard that they were expanding which I cannot even imagine. But one day I decided to go inside.
I was impressed. The clothing felt like it was higher tier, but the prices were that of a Forever 21 or an H&M. These were obviously my favorite stores before I met Primark. But to be completely honest, Primark is just better. I realized a while ago that clothes from Forever/H&M are hit or miss. You either find that sweater you can buy 100x and never get tired of, or you cant find anything at all. At Primark I actually found myself able to shop in an organized fashion. I felt materials that I knew I would love and wear day in and day out.
