When In Doubt, High Waist Jeans
Maddy made me promise to be early for photos and dinner tonight and I swear she only says these things to give me a goal to legit miss every single time. Let me also add that I made this promise at 9am this morning. At the end of the day Jae and I ended up being 35 minutes late because I was taking my sweet time getting ready, and we got lost. My phone's GPS was on the fritz and it doesn't help that I have no sense of direction. After freaking out for a little while we ended up getting our sh*& together and arrived at our destination for dinner and photos. I was so pumped that Maddy chose this location - she is legit a photography beast. This location was beautiful.
She is into this new thing now where photos are necessity and things that should be planned. I LOVE it. It encourages content for the blog and it totally embodies one of my favorite things about blogging, photography! We try to plan a meet up once a week or every couple weeks where we take photos for each others social media. How great is that?
So obviously we took pictures and immedietly following we went to the Barking Crab which was super yummy and a literal surprise to me. I had no idea it even sat there. On the way there I told Jae I could count on two hands how many times I had been in that part of Boston. It's crazy how everything is transforming but it's also super exciting. Though it is definitely bittersweet changing the old for the new, I am happy to see Boston becoming more of a hub.
Todays outfit was inspired by the fact that I am a lazy piece of $@*%. I had so much work to do this morning that I could not muster up the energy to detach from my laptop to pick out a better outfit. I recently purchased the onesie I am wearing in these photos from Primark last Thursday. I threw this on with some high waist jeans (because that is all you ever really need), and tied it together with my all white nikes. I also wore all gold accessories and a white bralette. Simple.
