The last few days have been a whirlwind to say it simply. I uprooted my home and moved it across the city to a fresh space right next to the water. If there is anything I am most grateful for in this moment it is my friends. Thinking back on the past year there are so many instances where I could have literally fallen flat on my face, however because of my friends and I made it through better than ever. I was never really in a position of stress which did wonders for what I could create and my work ethic. It is amazing how the people around you can help you achieve your best life. Energy is truly everything.

Now back to the move.

I never realized how much I loved the water. This perk is something I never considered when choosing a home - but there is nothing like opening your front door and stepping out to inhale salty air, or being able to walk to the top of your street to see the water. Jae and I had been looking for literally months and could not find anything that was right - that was until Eva hit us up with the flaming news. It is hands down the best thing ever living with someone I can create with but also just live life with. I cannot wait for the summer and to settle in to my new place!

...

Today is International Women’s Day so I decided to make a thing of it and stage an entire photoshoot. Eva (my dawg) and new roommate tagged along and we sported our new corduroy jackets we thrifted from Savers a couple days ago. She stuck to her aesthetic, layering browns and textures. I also stayed true with an all black look and docs. Check out the shoot below and make sure to let me know what you think in the comments!

Also, who would be into a house tour?! LMK
