#Coachella Day 3 // 2016
This was the best day of my life.
The lineup for day 3 felt like Christmas. There was nothing that could have deterred my excitement for the performers this day. Nothing. I wanted to make sure I got a good meal in my system before Coachella, so we headed to our usual place and even sat in our usual spots. If you don’t know what restaurant I’m referring to, you must draw back and start reading from day one. Just do it.
Once we got to Coachella grounds it finally set in that it was the last day. I immediately got emotional. I wanted to explore every corner of the festival and I felt like I didn’t have enough time. Every turn you made there was a stage or a surprise. There was even a funhouse called Armpit that looked like something straight out of a Disney movie. I just wanted to run around playing all day in the desert.
Day three was definitely the best day of performances. I have a favorite but I also loved a few others that I wanted to mention as well. The 1975, Major Lazer, Flume and Calvin Harris had amazing shows. Each one was its own little dance party, so happy. My favorite performance of the entire weekend was Sia. She blew me away. First of all, I never really listened to her music. She came out with a song I had never heard before and sounded AMAZING! She also had the best visuals and was mesmerizing in every way. Maddy Z impressed the crowd with her dance expertise and outstanding facials. I just loved everything about her performance. It was the best way to end off the festival.
