Marthas Vineyard // 2016

Have you ever look back on old photos and wished you had written about what was happening when they were being taken? To me this is a horrible lack of appreciation for life, and I am really trying to correct that. There will come a time when we all need to be able to look back on what we have been through to tell stories. To teach those coming after us. Maybe I am thinking too farfetched or over the top, but memories are everything to me. Life is everything to me. I wake up every morning thinking about the next awesome thing I am going to do, or eat, or accomplish! Its liberating, and it also keeps me motivated and smiling. Photos are everything, they are lives tangibles and we should all take advantage of the privilege.

I am posting about my time this past summer in Marthas Vinayard. I didn't write much while I was there but I really had a great time. My younger siblings were there which was an experience and not only that but I brought my boyfriend Jae. He was perfect and the family loved him. I never want to forget this part of my #Summer16 . We beached, shopped, spent time with family and friends, and most importantly, got some REST!

One thing missing this year was my cousin Kay and her husband. They are 100% part of the tradition and without them it was not complete. I am hoping and praying that next year we are all able to attend to make new memories and extend the old ones. Below I have left some of my favorite photos from this trip. I hope that I never lose them.

Cheers to the memories :)
